She specializes in Ayurvedic Psychology, Psychedelic psychotherapy. CBT, Acceptance and a mindfulness modality of treatment. She is an Adjunct faculty for Integrative Psychiatric Institute and has a few podcasts unique to Ayu Psychology. She has a BAMS from Bangalore University and a Master’s from the University of Dayton, OH.  She has a fellowship in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. She is licensed as a Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and Colorado. As an entrepreneur, she owns a mental health franchise of Humanly and has 50 mental health and wellness practitioners in her facility. As a philanthropist, she has been involved in nonprofit work for 32 years. She lives in Lakewood, Colorado.
